Service Description
Professional tree styling using your decorations. Tree assembly, lights, décor purchases, shopping, travel, and add-ons are separate. A 30% nonrefundable deposit reserves your date.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the installation forfeit the deposit. TRAVEL: Travel within 25 miles of Cortney’s Crafty Creations is included. Beyond 25 miles, travel is $1.25 per additional mile, calculated round trip, with a $25 minimum travel fee. Parking and tolls are additional. Locations more than 60 miles away require approval before booking. TREE READINESS: The tree must be fully assembled, placed in its final location, fluffed, stable, and ready to decorate before the scheduled arrival time. If tree setup or preparation is required, an additional setup fee will be charged based on the extra time and labor. TREE HEIGHT: Customers must book the service that matches the tree’s actual height. If the tree is taller than the size booked, the service price will be adjusted to the correct tree-height rate, and the additional balance will be due on the day of service.
