Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Standard orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. Custom orders ship within 10-14 business days of purchase. These timeframes may run longer during holidays or busy seasons.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If your package arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost or stolen in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations, including on custom orders, so please review your order carefully before checking out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
