Service Description
Cortney’s Crafty Creations will design, source, and purchase new decorations for your Christmas tree based on your selected theme, color palette, design level, and approved decoration budget. A separate decoration budget and 20% procurement/sourcing fee apply. Before You Book — Send Your Tree Photos If you are providing your own decorations: Please email photos of your Christmas tree from previous years showing the decorations you would like me to use. These photos will help me see the amount and type of décor you currently have and better prepare for your appointment. If you want Cortney’s Crafty Creations to purchase your decorations: Please email inspiration photos showing the Christmas tree style, theme, colors, or overall look you would like. Inspiration photos are used as a design guide and do not guarantee an exact recreation. IMPORTANT — EMAIL SUBJECT LINE: Please put your FULL NAME and TREE SIZE in the subject line of your email so I can match your photos to your booking. Example: Jane Smith – 7.5 ft Tree EMAIL YOUR PHOTOS TO: cortneyscraftycreations@gmail.com Standard Design uses quality seasonal décor for a full, professionally styled tree; starting decoration budget: $850+. Luxury Design uses premium/high-end décor, specialty ornaments, premium ribbon, higher-end picks, sprays and florals, oversized statement pieces, elaborate topper materials, and additional layering/detail; starting decoration budget: $1,700+. These are starting decoration budgets and are separate from the $475 decorating service fee. Your online booking payment covers only the required 50% deposit for your Christmas tree decorating service. Your approved decoration budget and 20% procurement/sourcing fee will be invoiced separately by Cortney’s Crafty Creations after your design details and decoration budget are established. The separate invoice must be paid in full before sourcing, shopping, ordering, or purchasing decorations begins. The required online decorating-service deposit is $237.50. The remaining 50% is due on the service date. Tree must be assembled, placed, fluffed, stable, and ready. Lights and travel beyond 25 miles are additional. No takedown service.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability. Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled appointment results in forfeiture of the deposit. PAYMENT: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of online booking to reserve the appointment. The remaining 50% balance is due on the scheduled service date. For a 12-foot tree, the deposit is determined after a custom quote is approved and Cortney’s Crafty Creations personally schedules the appointment. TRAVEL: Travel within 25 miles of The Woodlands, Texas is included. Beyond 25 miles, travel is $1.75 per additional mile, calculated round trip, with a $35 minimum travel fee. Parking fees and tolls are additional. Locations more than 60 miles from The Woodlands require prior approval before booking. TREE READINESS: The tree must be fully assembled, placed in its final location, properly fluffed, stable, and ready for decorating before Cortney’s Crafty Creations arrives. Additional tree setup, preparation, positioning, or fluffing will result in an additional charge based on the extra time and labor required. LIGHT INSTALLATION: Installing lights is not included in the standard Christmas tree decorating price. Light installation is available for an additional charge. TREE HEIGHT: Customers must book the service matching the tree’s actual height. If the tree is taller than the size booked, the service price will be adjusted to the correct tree-height rate, and the additional balance is due on the service date.
